Reduce

Upcycling post consumer glass bottles reduces waste and saves resources. Each repurposed bottle avoids landfills and cuts down on energy needed for new production, supporting a healthier planet.

Reuse

Our products give glass bottles a second life, turning them into stylish, functional goods. Reuse meets creativity, proving sustainability can be both practical and beautiful.

Reimagine

We reimagine discarded glass bottles as extraordinary designs. By transforming waste into functional art, we aim to inspire a future where creativity drives sustainability.

Creation with reclaimed wood.

Reclaimed wood adds distinctive character and history to our work, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Its weathered texture, natural patina, and unique imperfections reflect its past, bringing depth and authenticity to each creation.

Frequently asked question

According to CSIRO, Australia's national science agency and innovation catalyst, 1,280 kilotonnes of glass packaging is used every year. More than 80% of glass used in Australia is for packaging food and drinks and  over a quarter of the glass used ends up in landfill.

Through extending the life of materials, reducing waste and conserving resources, we aim to minimizes the need for raw material extraction, lowers energy consumption, and decreases landfill use.

QR codes on glassware are hard to read due to light reflection, transparency, glare, and potential distortion from curvature. While we strive for optimal QR code readability, it may not always be consistent across all mobile phone cameras due to vastly different capabilities and varying lighting conditions. We also avoid using stick on QR code to reduce waste and prefer not to paint or chemically etching the QR codes, as this can lead to wear over time and involve chemicals or coatings. Best way to improve readability of QR code is to have put it in front of a uniform surface that is a reflected light source or a direct light source.

Recycling requires transporting empty glass bottles to processing facilities, destroying them, and using significant energy to melt and remould them into new glass, upcycling skips these energy-intensive steps. Instead, it transforms glass packaging into creative, functional, or decorative items with minimal environmental impact.

By reintroducing products into the economy in new functional forms, the upcycling on glassware promotes sustainable consumption and reduces environmental impact, aligning with circular economy principles.

We are working towards scale or our operation to support the net zero transition. We use AI to capture to capture and extract information about the original contents and location from packaging and we work with our partners to trace the journey of our materials which forms part of the story about the glassware. It also helps us calculate the carbon footprint made.

We pride ourselves on being a small-batch, big-heart operation. We craft our products in small quantities, focusing on quality, creativity, and sustainability while keeping things fresh and exciting. Our shelves may not look like a warehouse, but you can always count on something unique and thoughtfully made.
